Built around one
hero photograph.
For the easel at the service. For the mantel in the year after. For the framed piece you'll walk past every morning. The bundle is twelve photographs restored, one framed centerpiece in real walnut, a slideshow video for the reception, and a presentation box with everything in it.
What arrives at your door.
- 12 photographs restored by hand
- One framed centerpiece, 11×14, walnut
- 5×7 lustre prints of every restored photograph
- A 3–5 minute slideshow video on USB
- Presentation box, fabric-lined, ribbon closure
- Originals returned, insured, separately
- A short note from the studio with the package
A 90-second letter, in his own voice.
From a 30-second recording — a voicemail, a wedding video clip, a recorded prayer — we can build a voice clone and have it read a short letter your family writes. Paired with the slideshow, it's often the moment the room goes quiet.
We only do this with documented consent from the executor of the estate or a living relative with documented authority. We say no when we shouldn't, in writing, before the work starts.
The voice clone is an option, not the headline.
Voice clones are technically possible from a short recording. Whether they're right for your family is a longer conversation. We decline more voice-clone work than we accept. Common reasons we'll decline:
- The deceased was on record opposing the use of their likeness
- The family is divided about whether to do it
- The intended use is something we can't get on board with — an imagined message to a child, for example, that the person never said
- The legal review of your specific case takes longer than the date you need it by
What we will do: a letter your family wrote, read in the voice of someone who wrote letters like that, paired with the slideshow of the photographs we restored. That's the version that lands well.
Christopher — I was looking through the box from the lake house this morning. The photograph of you and Sam on the dock turned out to be the first roll your grandfather ever took on the new camera. I had it cleaned up; it's a beautiful thing now. Show your mother. From a family letter, read aloud · Memorial concierge order, 2026
If you have six days, we have a path.
Memorial planning happens on no-one's schedule. Our rush path:
- Day 1 — You email the photographs by 5pm. We confirm scope and price by 9pm.
- Day 2–3 — Restoration. We send the digital proofs.
- Day 4 — Your approval, with one round of edits.
- Day 5–6 — Prints, framing, slideshow build, and overnight shipping to your address or the funeral home.
Rush adds $150 to the bundle price — it covers the framer's expedited turnaround and the overnight shipping. If your timeline is tighter than six days, write us anyway. We'll be honest about whether we can hold the quality bar.
