What we add, and what we won't.
Some restorations need more than the engines can give. Some — we'll tell you in writing — we won't take on. Below, the add-ons we offer and the work we decline.
- Severe damage repair — tears, missing corners, water spots
- Colorization of a black-and-white original
- Print set in 5×7 or 8×10 lustre
- Framed enlargement, 11×14 or 16×20, walnut or black
- Slideshow video with custom music
- Voice-clone letter (memorial bundle and concierge only)
- Rush turnaround for documented funeral dates
- Removing a person without all involved parties consenting
- Adding a person to a photograph who wasn't there
- Voice-clone work without documented consent from the executor of the estate or a living relative with authority
- Photographs we can't authenticate the rights to use
- Memorial deliverables that don't have time to do well — we'll send you to a faster vendor instead
