Services · Vol. 01

Four ways to begin.

One photograph or a hundred. A milestone birthday or a memorial service. We do this the same way every time, by hand, with a person reading your intake note before the work starts.

What we add, and what we won't.

Some restorations need more than the engines can give. Some — we'll tell you in writing — we won't take on. Below, the add-ons we offer and the work we decline.

Add-ons
  • Severe damage repair — tears, missing corners, water spots
  • Colorization of a black-and-white original
  • Print set in 5×7 or 8×10 lustre
  • Framed enlargement, 11×14 or 16×20, walnut or black
  • Slideshow video with custom music
  • Voice-clone letter (memorial bundle and concierge only)
  • Rush turnaround for documented funeral dates
What we'll decline
  • Removing a person without all involved parties consenting
  • Adding a person to a photograph who wasn't there
  • Voice-clone work without documented consent from the executor of the estate or a living relative with authority
  • Photographs we can't authenticate the rights to use
  • Memorial deliverables that don't have time to do well — we'll send you to a faster vendor instead

Not sure which one?

We'll work the rest out together.
