Partnerships · For families and the people who serve them

For funeral homes,
hospice, and the people who serve.

A short page for funeral directors, hospice coordinators, grief counselors, and anyone whose week includes telling a family they have ninety-six hours to put together a service. We've built a studio for the families you serve. Here's how we'd like to work together.

The offer, simply.

For our first year — through December 2026 — every family you refer receives a complimentary single-photograph restoration on us. A $59 value, delivered by Friday, no obligation to purchase anything further. If they buy a larger bundle on the back of that first photograph, we keep them in our records as your referral and send you a quarterly summary — whether or not you want a referral fee is a conversation we'll have once we've worked together a few times.

No contract. No exclusivity. No "preferred vendor agreement." A handshake, a stack of our cards in your folder, and a phone number you can call when a family needs help fast.

What we'll bring to your office.

  • A small stack of brand cards with the studio direct line on the back
  • A leave-behind folder with sample before/after pairs (real, printed, with permission)
  • A two-page handout your families can take home with our intake form pre-printed
  • A direct phone number you can use, day-of, for funeral planning that's working against a date

We don't take more of your time than this. If you'd like us to come present at a staff meeting, we will — otherwise the materials are designed to do the work without us in the room.

What we won't do.

  • We don't sell to families directly through your facility — we wait for a family to reach out to us with your name in the referral field
  • We don't share families' photographs or stories with anyone outside the studio, including referring partners
  • We don't pressure families on tier or upsell — we ask what they need and quote the smallest bundle that meets it
  • We don't take voice-clone work without documented consent — and if a family asks for it without that, we explain why we're going to slow down

How to begin a relationship with us.

Write to partners@keptandkin.com with your facility's name and the city you serve. We'll write back the same day with a packet in the mail, and a fifteen-minute call scheduled for whenever you have a quiet morning.

If you have a family in front of you right now and you'd like to refer them on the phone, the studio line is in the email reply. We answer it ourselves.
